Creator Program
Information we collect from creators. If you apply to or join the Kurt’s Card Care Creator Program, we collect the information you provide, including your name, email address, date of birth, mailing address, phone number, social media handles and website, requested creator name, and PayPal email address.

How we use it. We use creator information to review applications, run the program, track referred orders, calculate and pay commissions, meet tax reporting requirements, and monitor compliance with the Creator Program Terms.
Service providers. The Creator Program is operated using GoAffPro, an affiliate management platform that processes creator information on our behalf. Commission payments are sent through PayPal. These providers handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Referral tracking for shoppers. When you click a creator’s link to kurtscardcare.com, a cookie is placed on your browser for up to 30 days. It lets us credit the creator if you place an order. The cookie identifies the referring creator; it does not give creators access to your personal or payment information. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.
Retention. We keep creator information for as long as you participate in the program and as long afterward as needed for payments, tax, and legal requirements.
