All cleaning products have limitations on final results. We highly suggest practicing on base cards before using on your most valuable.

User should use a clean applicator for every cleaning session. Avoid using our products on autographs, serial numbers, stamped foil or anything stamped or printed on top of the card's factory surface as it could be removed forever.

Experience is necessary to identify potential issues. Cards with compromised protective layers, excessive use signs, or manufacturing irregularities exposing ink layers may be susceptible to unintended effects. We caution that certain trading card game releases feature non-standard protective finishes, and applying our solutions to these specialized holographic surfaces is not advised, as their coatings may respond unpredictably compared to conventional card finishes.

Professional Grading Considerations

Be aware that cards treated with our products could potentially be classified as "altered" by professional grading services. Kurt's Card Care bears no responsibility if grading companies designate your cards as altered. Improper product application or inadequate solution removal might trigger such designations. We offer no assurances regarding grading outcomes for cards treated with our products.

Product Return Guidelines

Customers have a 7-day window from delivery to report product concerns. Please submit concerns via email to kurtscardcare@gmail.com with supporting photographs. Only unused products in sealed original packaging qualify for return consideration. Please note that Kurt's Card Care will not accept returns based on products failing to remove significant card damage, as this exceeds their intended purpose.

International Shipping Notice

Orders shipped outside the United States may incur additional import taxes, customs duties, or similar fees when arriving in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient, and Kurt's Card Care is not liable for any government-imposed fees related to international deliveries.
